2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Cancellation by Customer
-Advance Bookings: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
– Same-Day Bookings: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the fare.
– Immediate Bookings: Cancellations made within 1 hour of booking will not be eligible for any refund.
2.2. Cancellation by Pakhu Cabs
– In the event of cancellation by Pakhu Cabs due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability), customers will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no extra charge.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. Eligibility for Refund
– Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
– If the service was cancelled by Pakhu Cabs.
– If the service was cancelled by the customer within the allowed time frame as specified in the cancellation policy.
– If the driver failed to arrive at the scheduled pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice.
3.2. Non-Eligibility for Refund
– Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
– If the cancellation was made by the customer within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time (except for immediate bookings as specified).
– If the customer was not present at the pickup location and did not respond to the driver’s attempts to contact them.
– If the service was utilized in part or full.
3.3. Refund Process

– All refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the request.
– Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during the booking.
