3.2. Tracking Your Cabs and Transport

– You can track the status of your cabs/transport in real-time through our website or mobile app using your booking reference number.

3.3. Delivery Timeframe

– Cabs and transportation services are available between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, all days.
– Passengers should book at least 4 hours in advance on the same day for cabs and transportation availability.

4. Delivery Charges

4.1. Standard Delivery Charges

5. Delivery Exceptions

5.1. Unsuccessful Deliveries

– If the passenger is not available at the specified pickup address, our driver will attempt to contact the recipient. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, 10% of the passenger’s online transaction money will be deducted as compensation paid to the driver, and the customer will be notified.

– While we strive to meet our delivery timeframes, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delays.
